- WordPress Care and Maintenance (routine updates, backups, etc.)
- Security Checks and Malware Protection
- Performance Optimization
- Theme and Plugin Management
- Troubleshooting and Quick Fixes
- Custom Development
- WooCommerce Setup and Support
The specific services will be outlined and agreed upon prior to the commencement of work, as per the service package selected at checkout or any additional agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide necessary access credentials (WordPress admin, hosting, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Communicate service requests clearly and provide necessary details for custom tasks.
- Inform WP Machina of any pre-existing issues or third-party changes that might affect the performance of the website.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices for services are listed on our website and may vary depending on the scope of the services selected.
- Payment for monthly services or one-time services is due at the time of order via the WP Machina checkout process.
- Any additional custom services not covered in the pre-selected package will be quoted separately and agreed upon before commencing.
4. Service Delivery
- Routine maintenance tasks (updates, backups, security checks) will be completed within the timeframes specified in your service package.
- Quick fixes and troubleshooting tasks will be addressed within 30 minutes, unless otherwise communicated.
- Custom development work timelines will be mutually agreed upon between the Client and WP Machina.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Monthly maintenance services can be canceled at any time. However, payments already processed for the current month are non-refundable.
- For one-time services or custom work, refunds will only be issued in cases where WP Machina fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
- WP Machina is committed to securing your website and protecting your data. We implement strict security measures during the course of our service.
- The Client’s login credentials and other sensitive information will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
- WP Machina is not liable for data loss or breaches caused by third-party hosting providers, plugins, or external factors beyond our control.
7. Liability
- WP Machina will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from issues related to third-party software (themes, plugins, hosting services).
- WP Machina’s liability for any claims related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for such services.
8. Termination of Services
WP Machina reserves the right to terminate services if the Client:
- Fails to provide the necessary information for service delivery.
- Engages in any illegal activities or violates our terms of service.
9. Governing Law
